About the house


The house is located in Maslinica, on the southwest part of the Dalmatian island of Šolta, near Split.
The size of the plot is 401m², the size of the house 140m² (70+70 each floor). It was built in 2007 on the plot: "k.č. 1752/967 K.O. Donje Selo".

The house is like a luxury two-floor apartment. You enter the plot through a forged iron fence door. After a few stairs you come to the main entrance.

After entering, we find ourselves in the living room. It is equipped with a suite of furniture, LCD-SAT TV, AC and a fireplace. The kitchen and the dining room are a few steps up. In this area, there is also a toilet with a shower and a small broom closet.

You can reach the upper floor using inside stairs with a big window in the stairwell, which lightens the whole upper floor. There is another bathroom there, with a shower, a washing machine and a radiator. On the north side, there is a room with a french bed (160x200cm). From this room you get to the south balcony (6m²) with a view on the nearby forest. On the south side, there are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a french bed (180x200cm), satellite TV and leads to the south balcony (12m²) from where you can see the "Marchi" castle. Next to the main bedroom there is a smaller room with two separate beds (90x200cm) which also has a view of the center of Maslinica. The AC is located in the corridor and cools / heats all rooms on the upper floor.

The house is surrounded by a nice stone-decorated wall and a nice garden. From the living room, you can enter the terrace (30m²) which is partly covered. There is a big grill place and an outdoor shower. A few stairs lower, there is the pool with enough room for a table, chairs and sun-loungers...

There is a green colored forged iron fence around the house, with a green mash over it which provides additional privacy. The house has two parking lots. The street leading to the house is in a good shape.

Maslinica is the ideal place for anyone desiring a quiet and relaxing time off.
